  • 2 cups small pretzel twists

Easter Chex Mix Directions

Step 1: Heat

turning on stove

Set your stove to medium heat and let the Popsmith preheat for 1 to 2 minutes.

Step 2: Add Oil and Kernels

Pour oil into the Popper and drop 3 kernels. When the first kernel pops, add the rest and cover the pot.

Step 3: Turn

Turn your Popsmith’s crank clockwise while the kernels pop to keep them from burning.

Step 4: Remove

Take the Popper off the heat when popping slows to 1-2 seconds between pops. Then, remove the lid and pour the popcorn into a huge bowl.

Step 5: Add Chex and Pretzels

Pour the cereal and pretzels into the bowl and toss to combine with the popcorn.

Step 6: Melt White Chocolate

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until fully smooth.

Step 7: Pour White Chocolate

Pour the white chocolate over the popcorn, Chex, and pretzel mix, and gently fold with a spatula until everything is well coated.

Step 8: Add Easter Mix-Ins

While the white chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the M&M’s, mini marshmallows, sprinkles, and salt over the popcorn. Fold again with the spatula.

Step 9: Set

Pour the easter Chex popcorn mix into a large baking sheet and allow to set for 30 minutes.

Step 10: Serve
