We’ve been feeling extra festive of late, so for today's recipe, we're turning everybody’s favorite holiday cookie into our favorite snack.
Snickerdoodle popcorn is everything you’d imagine it to be — buttery, cinnamon-sugary, and impossible to resist. It’s comfort food that comes together in minutes with your Popper, making it perfect for last-minute holiday gatherings or a cozy movie night.
Just follow everything below:
Snickerdoodle Popcorn Ingredients
-
½ cup kernels
-
2 tablespoons coconut oil
-
6 tablespoons butter
-
½ cup granulated sugar
-
2 tablespoons cinnamon
-
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
-
¼ teaspoon salt
Snickerdoodle Popcorn Directions
Step 1: Preheat Popper
Set your stove to medium heat and allow your Popsmith to preheat for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 2: Pour Oil and Kernels

Add oil to the Popper and drop 2-3 kernels. When the first kernel pops, toss in the rest and then cover the pot.
Step 3: Pop

Turn the Popper's crank clockwise as the kernels pop to get an even cook.
Step 4: Remove
Take the Popper off the heat when popping slows to 1-2 seconds between pops and pour into a large mixing bowl.
Step 5: Make Cinnamon-Sugar Coating
Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside.
Step 6: Melt Butter
In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
Step 7: Coat Popcorn
Drizzle the melted butter mixture over the popcorn, tossing gently to coat evenly. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the buttered popcorn and toss until every kernel is covered.
Step 8: Enjoy

Serve your snickerdoodle popcorn and watch it disappear!
