Rocky Road Popcorn Directions
Step 1: Heat
Put your stove on medium heat and let your Popper preheat for 1 to 2 minutes.
PRO TIP: Using an induction stove? We recommend starting at a medium temperature and working your way up as needed. Check out our guide to making stovetop popcorn on induction if you need more help.
Step 2: Add Oil
Pour oil into the pot.
Step 3: Add Kernels

Drop 2-3 kernels into the Popper. When the first one pops, add in the rest and cover the pot.
Step 4: Turn

Turn the Popper's crank clockwise as the kernels pop to ensure even cooking. Continue until popping slows to 1-2 seconds between pops.
Step 5: Remove
Take the Popper off the heat, remove the lid, and pour the popcorn onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 6: Prepare Chocolate Mixture
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine milk chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, and butter. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted and smooth.
Step 7: Add Mix-ins
Stir the salt into the melted chocolate. Pour the chocolate over the popcorn, then immediately sprinkle the mini marshmallows and almonds evenly across the mixture.
-Step 8: Drizzle White Chocolate
Melt white chocolate chips in 30-second microwave intervals. Using a fork or piping bag, drizzle the white chocolate over the entire mixture to create decorative lines.
Step 9: Let Set
Allow the rocky road popcorn to cool and set completely. This takes about 30 minutes at room temperature. You could also put it in the fridge for 15 minutes to speed up the process.
Step 10: Serve

After the rocky road popcorn has set, break it into chunks and enjoy!
