Halloween Popcorn Ingredients
- 1 packet Oh Sooo Buttery Popcorn
- ¾ cup white chocolate chips
- Natural green food coloring (gel preferred)
- Natural orange food coloring (gel preferred)
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup orange and green M&M's
- ¼ cup mini pretzels
- 2 tablespoons roasted pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- Pinch of sea salt
Halloween Popcorn Mix Directions
Step 1: Heat
Set your stove to medium heat and let the Popper preheat for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 2: Squeeze Oil

Cut open the coconut oil portion of your Oh Sooo Buttery Popcorn packet and squeeze it into the Popper.
Step 3: Add Kernels
Cut open the kernel portion of your popcorn kit and drop 2 to 3 kernels into the pot. When the first one pops, add the rest.
Step 4: Add the Buttery Salt

Cut open the seasoning packet, pour it into the Popper, and cover the pot.
Step 5: Turn

Turn the Popper's crank every couple of seconds while the kernels are popping. You don't have to crank the entire time since the pot's stainless steel body and multi-clad metal bottom help prevent burning!
Step 6: Remove
Take the Popper off the heat when popping slows to 1 to 2 seconds between pops. Then remove the lid and pour the popcorn onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 7: Make Colored Chocolates
Divide the white chocolate chips into three portions. Melt each in separate microwave-safe bowls in 30-second intervals:
-
White chocolate: Melt ⅓ of chocolate chips with vanilla extract
-
Green chocolate: Melt ⅓ of chocolate chips and add 2-3 drops of green food coloring, stirring until evenly colored
-
Orange chocolate: Melt remaining chocolate and add 2-3 drops of orange food coloring
Step 8: Drizzle
Let the melted chocolates cool slightly, then drizzle the white, green, and orange chocolate over the popcorn.
Step 9: Add Mix-Ins
While the chocolate is still slightly warm, sprinkle the M&M’s, pretzels, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and sea salt over the popcorn.
Step 10: Serve

Wait for the chocolate to set, break your Halloween popcorn mix into clusters, and enjoy!
More Halloween Popcorn Tips and Ideas

Make it extra crunchy by lightly toasting the finished popcorn in a 250°F oven for 5 minutes before adding chocolate.
- If you or your guests have a major sweet tooth, you can also top your Halloween popcorn with gummy worms, candy corn, and peanut butter cups.
- While you can serve the popcorn as is, you can also make popcorn balls, wrap them in cellophane, and hand them out to trick-or-treaters.
