Oreo Peanut Butter Popcorn Directions
Step 1: Prep Workspace
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2: Preheat
Set your stove to medium heat and let the Popsmith preheat for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 3: Pour Oil and Kernels

Pour the coconut oil into the Popper and add 3 test kernels. When the first kernel pops, toss in the rest and cover the pot.
Step 4: Turn

Turn the Popper’s crank clockwise as the kernels pop to prevent burning. You don’t have to do this the entire time, though. A few cranks every couple of seconds will do the trick.
Step 5: Remove
When popping slows to 1 to 2 seconds between pops, remove the Popsmith from the burner and pour the popcorn into a huge bowl.
Step 6: Make Peanut Butter Coating
Combine peanut butter, honey, and butter in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat and stir constantly until smooth and well combined. Then remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract and salt.
Step 7: Coat
Pour the peanut butter popcorn mixture over the popcorn and fold gently using a silicone spatula.
Step 8: Combine with Oreos
After you coat the popcorn, add the chopped Oreos (save some for topping) and continue folding with the spatula till well distributed.
Step 9: Set
Spread Oreo peanut butter popcorn evenly onto the baking sheet, then sprinkle the remaining Oreos and allow the popcorn to cool for about 20 minutes.
Step 10: Serve

Once the popcorn has set, break it into clumps and enjoy!
