M&M Popcorn Ingredients
- ½ cup popcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1½ cup M&M’s
- Sea salt, to taste
Directions
Step 1: Heat
Set your Popsmith over medium heat and allow it to pre-heat for 1-2 minutes.
Step 2: Throw in Oil and Kernels
Add the coconut oil to the Popper, allow it to sizzle, then drop 3 kernels. When the first kernel pops, pour in the rest and cover the pot.
Step 3: Turn
Turn the crank clockwise as the kernels pop to keep them moving.
Step 4: Transfer
Once popping slows to 1-2 seconds between pops, remove the pot from the burner and pour the popcorn into a large bowl.
Step 5: Add M&Ms
Sprinkle sea salt and your favorite M&Ms over the popcorn and give the bowl a good toss to distribute everything evenly.
Step 6: Serve
