Warning: This Biscoff Popcorn Is Dangerously Addictive

Try and resist this Biscoff popcorn recipe if you dare! We bet your sweet tooth you’ll name it your new favorite guilty pleasure.

Who can say no to Biscoff?

We love spreading it on toast, dunking it in coffee, drizzling it on vanilla ice cream, and if we’re being completely honest, eating it right from the jar.

Of course, it was only inevitable that we’d coat it all over our favorite snack. And unsurprisingly, it was even better than we fantasized!

Now grab your Popper and let’s make Biscoff popcorn together:

Biscoff Popcorn Ingredients

Biscoff Popcorn Directions

Step 1: Preheat Stove

Set your stove to medium heat and let your Popper preheat for 1-2 minutes.

Step 2: Pour Oil and Kernels

Add coconut oil to the Popsmith and allow it to melt. Then drop 3 kernels and wait for the first one to pop before tossing in the rest.

Step 3: Turn

Cover the pot and crank it clockwise while the kernels pop to prevent burning.

Step 4: Remove

When popping slows to 1 to seconds between pops, take your Popper off the heat and pour it into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 5: Prepare Biscoff Coating

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the Biscoff spread and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until smooth. Then stir in the salt until well combined.

Step 6: Coat

Pour the warm Biscoff butter mixture over the popcorn and use a spatula to evenly distribute it. Then sprinkle the chopped cookies over the popcorn while it’s still warm so they stick. Let cool until the coating sets.

Step 7: Serve

More Biscoff Popcorn Tips

  • If you don’t have a microwave, you can also melt the Biscoff spread and butter together in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.

  • Place the Biscoff cookies in a sealed bag and gently crush with a rolling pin for the perfect chunk size.

  • Find the coating too thick? An extra tablespoon of butter will thin it out.

  • Store any leftover popcorn in an airtight container at room temperature and eat it within 3 days.

  • This Biscoff popcorn makes a great gift or party favor. Package it in decorative tins or mason jars and tie a ribbon for the finishing touch.

The Wow Factor

Life’s too short for boring snacks, and this Biscoff popcorn is anything but ordinary. Make some at your next movie night, but fair warning: your whole family will be hooked!
